The workshop 'Comes on foot, goes on horseback' provides insight into the biggest pitfalls that hamper trust and mutual cooperation. With these insights you can prevent underperformance, but you are also given useful methods with which you can quickly increase trust within the team and clear the path for a high performing team. Trust is the basis for optimal cooperation and the best results.

Increase trust within your team and clear the path for a high performing team.

How is your team doing?

Do they call each other to account for their behaviour or do they avoid feedback? And how is that feedback received? Do team members listen to each other or are they immediately offended? Are there frustrations and irritations within the team and do they come up honestly or are they denied and would rather be left aside?

If you recognize these issues, then this workshop is for you.

A team that is there for each other, through thick and thin. A team that is continuously improving itself. Both each individual team member as the team as a whole. A team that loves to try new things in order to become even more effective and efficient.
